Elaboration
- Preheat the oven to 180 ºC
- Crush the peanuts.
- Add the dry ingredients to the crushed peanuts: coconut, raising agent and sugar.
- Add the egg, orange blossom water and margarine. Mix until obtaining a smooth dough.
- Form ball shapes of 15 g.
- Wet your hands with orange blossom water and roll the ball shapes into long cylinder shapes.
- Coat in sesame and form half-moons.
- Bake at 180 ºC for approximately 15 minutes.
