Elaboration
- Preparar el relleno que queramos.
- Asegurar de que el molde de bombón que hayamos elegido está bien limpio y seco.
- Meter el relleno en una manga pastelera.
- Atemperar la cobertura.
- Volcarla sobre el molde. Sacudirlo para evitar la formación de burbujas.
- Volcarlo y quitar el excedente. Golpearlo suavemente con una espátula y rasparlo.
- Dejar que se seque.
- Rellenar 3/4 partes. Dejarlo reposar.
- Cubrir con otra fina capa de cobertura atemperada y quitar el exceso.
- Dejar madurar y desmoldar con un golpe seco.
