  • Blend the beetroot in the Thermomix with the sugar at maximum power until a very fine juice is obtained. 
  • Strain the juice through a fine metal mesh strainer. 
  • Pour into a blender jar and add the soy lecitin. 
  • When it is resady to use, blend with a blender at the surface of the juice to get as much air as posible.
