Elaboration
- Put all the ingredients in a saucepan except the butter on the heat and stir with a spatula until caramelized.
- Add the butter to give shine, and pour onto a silpat paper separating the coffee beans with a fork or tweezers before the caramel hardens.
- Store in a container or in a cool dry place.
