  • Preheat the oven to 145 ºC.
  • Toast the chocolate over a Silpat paper, stirring from time to time so the edges do not brown.
  • Allow to cool at room temperature.
  • Spread over a guitar sheet and store in a cool dry place at 17 ºC.
