Elaboration
- Temper the chocolate coating carefully.
- Paint the molds of a thin layer using a brush, and let solidify.
- It is important the sides of the mold were fully covered by coat.
- Let crystallize to room temperature and paint as many times as needed ( +- 4) until get solid and easy to shape.
- Remove the pieces from the molds at the time of using.
- Keep in a dry place.
