Elaboration
  • Soak the gelatin in cold water.
  • Scald the basil and cool it in iced water. Save the cooking water for later.
  • Heat the water together with the Fresh Sosa (Xylitol), the gelatin and let everything dissolve.
  • Grind the basil leaves with the green apple pulp in the Thermomix machine and strain
  • Mix the two parts and store the soup in the fridge to serve cold.
