      Elaboration
    - Mix the oat milk, sugar and salt in a thermomix.
- Stir the mascarpone in a separate bowl to remove the lumps.
- Add the mixture with a spoon to the mascarpone and mix well, repeat the process until all the mixture is added. It is important to follow this process so that the cheese doesn’t turn curdle.
- Fold in the almost whipped cream.
- Strain, fill the siphon and apply 2 gas charges.
