Quail eggs
They have a high vitamin and mineral content. Although they are small, their nutritional value is three to four times higher than hen eggs. Unlike hen eggs, quail eggs have not been known to cause allergies or illnesses. These eggs actually help battle against allergies thanks to their ovomucoid proteins.
