Elaboration
- Boil a third of the red wine, the pectin and the sugar in a pot and then pour the mixture into a bowl.
- Dissolve the citric acid in the rest of the wine and then add it to the mixture and mix until smooth. Leave to cool in a 1 cm thick mould.
- Keep it in the refrigerator until set and then cut into strips, cubes, etc.
