Elaboration
- Preheat the oven to 170 ºC.
- Mix the softened butter with the confectioners' sugar until combined.
- Then add in the egg, the flour (which has previously been sifted) and the finely chopped green tea.
- Pour the mixture into a pipping bag and pipe out the cookies.
- Bake at 170ºC for approximately 20 minutes.
