Elaboration
- Mix in a bowl the egg yolks, corn flour and coconut milk until obtaining a porridge like consistency without lumps.
- Boil sugar and water in a pan until reaching 103 ºC - 105 ºC.
- Pour the water over the coconut mixture and mix well using a whisk.
- Place the mixture over low heat until it thickens properly.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the grated coconut, mix well and store in the refrigerator covered with cling film.
