Elaboration
- Preheat the oven to 100 ºC.
- Heat the milk and the cream.
- Pour the mixture into a pot over the topping and mix well.
- Cool the mixture and add the eggs off the heat.
- Pour the mixture in individual moulds and bake for about 25 minutes.
- Cool it quickly and keep it chilled.
