Elaboration
- Hydrate the gelatin sheets in cold water.
- Blanch the basil and moisten it with water and ice so it maintains its natural color.
- Infuse the basil in the cream, leave aside off the heat for 4 minutes covered and finally grind it.
- Melt the chocolate coating, add the basil and mix well.
- Finally add the Greek Yogurt, mix again and leave aside in the fridge.
