Camembert de Normandie (Camembert from Normandy) is a French cheese made in Normandy. The most remarkable zone where this designation of origin is produced is Calvados, but there are another four that are also important: Eure, Mancha, Ornea and Seine-Maritime.
It is one of the symbols of the French gastronomy.
