Elaboration
- Hydrate the gelatin sheets in abundant cold water. Calculate 15 g per kilo of pulp.
- Bake the reineta apple.
- Separate the solid and the liquid.
- Blend the hot apple pulp (solid part).
- Dissolve the gelatin in the apple pulp until well mixed.
- Set aside in the fridge until serving.
