  • In a large pot or medium one,boil water with salt at a rate of up 10 litres for each kilogram of pasta.
  • when boiling the water add the pasta and stir with a long spoon to prevent sticking.
  • Leave to boil for approximately 10 minutes according to your tate and the type of pasta until " al dente". Finally, stir at short intervals to avoid sticking.
