Sand baby shrimp
It’s a translucent grayish animal. It can reach 8 cm. Sand shrimps are born as females and they transform into males in 1 or 2 years. They are found mainly in the Cantabrian Sea in depths up to 20 meters. They are served boiled, which is the way they are usually consumed, and sometimes frozen. It’s a macruro swimming crustacean.
